New characters from U.A. High School are confirmed playable in Bandai Namco Entertainment and developer Byking’s My Hero Academia One’s Justice! They are Fumikage Tokoyami, Kyoka Jiro, and Eijiro Kirishima.
Tokoyami’s quirk or superpower is Dark Shadow and it allows him to utilize a shadow like-monster within him that can materialize as a sort of extension and attack opponents and defend. Jiro’s quirk is Earphone Jack, in which her jack-shaped earlobes can be inserted into all sorts of objects and channel the sound of her heartbeats into. They are sturdy enough to easily pierce materials like rock and concrete. Kirishima’s quirk is Hardening, which allows him to harden any part of his body for offense and defense. In the game, Kirishima will not face blow-backs from the enemy’s attack, however, his HP will still decrease like all the other characters in the game.
With the confirmation of these three characters, the roster of playable characters in My Hero Academia: One’s Justice increases to 15. The previously confirmed playable characters are Izuku “Deku” Midoriya, All Might, Tomura Shigaraki, Katsuki Bakugo, Ochacho Uraraka, Tenya Iida, Shoto Todoroki, Tsuyu Asui, Denki Kaminari, Momo Yayorozu, Shota Aizawa, and Hero Killer: Stain.
My Hero Academia One’s Justice will be released on the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC/Steam on an unannounced date in 2018.
