The new opening and ending kick-off the new arc in the anime, which is a recreation of Boruto: Naruto the Movie. Due to a time limit for the movie, the arc will show new content that wasn’t in the anime, including the inclusion of a third Otsutsuki character – Urashiki Otsutsuki. Naruto’s original creator, Masashi Kishimoto, is providing inspiration for this arc (such as the character design for Urashiki) so it’s expected this new arc will be an exciting one!

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations opening 3 starts with Boruto, Sarada, and Mitsuki on screen who are then seen taking a leap near the Hokage Mansion and Hokage Faces in the Hidden Leaf Village. The Boruto: Naruto Next Generations logo appears and it is followed by Boruto running by images of the previous ninja generation such as Gaara and Temari. Boruto is then seen fighting Yurui from the Hidden Lightning Village, Shikadai from the Leaf, and Shinki from the Hidden Sand Village. Momoshiki and Kinshiki appear in-front of Boruto, Sasuke, and Naruto with Boruto charging and firing off a Rasengan. Lastly, the Leaf Village is shown with a silhouette of who appears to be Boruto looking at it.

Boruto: Naruto Next Generations Ending 3 begins with Boruto on-screen and streaks of blue, yellow, white and purple surrounding him. Those streaks then go to a dark space and we see Boruto’s classmates followed by Boruto, his parents, and sister. Boruto is then shown standing alone with his headband in is hand. Then we see Momoshiki in what looks to be a picture frame followed by two Kinshiki and Urashiki Otsutsuki in frames next to Momoshiki. The scene transitions to the previous generation of ninja and ends with Boruto and Naruto pounding fists.
