The Father of Goku, Bardock, and The Legendary Super Saiyan, Broly, are just a day away from bringing their explosive moves to Bandai Namco Entertainment and Arc System Works’ Dragon Ball FighterZ. Both can wield Super Saiyan levels of skill & power and can be deadly additions to any FighterZ team!
Broly has two dramatic finishes, both of him ending in defeat. The first is when Adult Gohan defeats Broly, Goten and then Goku join him to blast Broly into space. The second is when Goku defeats Broly, both charge at one another with Goku punching him into oblivion. Bardock has one dramatic finish and it is when he defeats Frieza.
The base game included 24 playable characters and the addition of Bardock and Broly will officially increase that count to 26. Bardock and Broly both release as DLC on March 28, 2018 on PS4, Xbox One, and PC/Steam. If you purchased one of the more expensive versions of Dragon Ball FighterZ, that includes the Season Pass (known as the FighterZ Pass) or the Season Pass itself, both characters will be downloadable at no additional cost. Otherwise Bardock and Broly can be purchased individually from the PlayStation Store, Xbox Store, and Steam store on the DLC’s release date for $4.99 USD each.

Below is Bardock has skills that bring him closer to his opponent and has an easier time chaining his combos with more powerful special/ultimate attacks. Bardock’s special attack is Riot Javelin, which is a blue orb of energy. This can be used on the ground, in the air as well, and during the attack itself, adding additional inputs can change the direction of the orb. Bardoc’s ultimate attack is the Revenger Assault. It consists of him turning Super Saiyan and dashing at his opponent with invincibility frames. If Bardock connects (he can miss), Bardock will do damage of several hits, sending his opponent up into the air and firing a powerful multi-hitting beam at them. Bardock’s ultimate can also be used in the air. Bardock’s stats are as follows: Power: 4, Speed: 4, Reach: 2, Technique: 1, Energy: 3, Ease of Use: 4.
