Follow the Naruto story from the beginning in Bandai Namco Entertainment and CyberConnect2’s Naruto Storm Trilogy and Naruto Storm Legacy. Both compilation games are Rasengan-ing their way to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC/Steam in North America and Europe in the Fall of this year. Japan is kicking off the action July 27, 2017 with Naruto Storm Trilogy on PlayStation 4.
From Shuisesha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine comes new key art for Naruto Storm 2 from Naruto Storm Trilogy. It features Sage Naruto in the foreground with Deva Path Pain using the Planetary Devastation (Chibaku Tensei) attack behind him. Akatsuki members Hidan, Kakuzu, Deidara, Sasori, Zetsu, Kisame, Konan, and Itachi are also shown in the new key art.
Naruto Storm 2 in Naruto Storm Trilogy and Naruto Storm Legacy will take players through the first 175 episodes of the Naruto Shippuden anime. That’s from the start of the Naruto Shippuden story where Naruto goes to save Gaara, to where Sasuke battles his brother Itachi, and all the way up until Naruto defeats Nagato and becomes the “Hero of the Hidden Leaf”. Naruto Storm 2 was originally released in 2010 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
Naruto Storm Trilogy will be a three past games in one package – Storm 1, Storm 2, and Storm 3 Full Burst. Storm Legacy will be four of the past Naruto games in one – Storm 1, Storm 2, Storm 3 Full Burst, and Storm 4: Road to Boruto. Trilogy will be a digital-only release in the US/Europe and physical in Japan. Storm Legacy will be available digitally and as a physical retail copy in the US/Europe. The first three numbered Storm games were on the previous generation of consoles. With visuals up-scaled to 1080p, fans will also have the option of digitally purchasing Storm 1, Storm 2, and Storm 3: Full Burst separately on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC.
