Popular video game publisher Bandai Namco Entertainment has announced they will be teaming up with video game company Drecom to develop a service that releases HTML5-based online browser games for Dragon Ball Z. This effort will be jointly conducted under a newly established company called BXD, which stands for Breakthrough X Digital Life.
BXD will launch the service in Spring 2018 with new games that will be playable on smartphone. It will be free-to-play, but with some components that will have a fee associated with them. Specific details on what components will have a fee have not been announced at this point in time. There will be games based franchises other than Dragon Ball Z as well, including Famista and The [email protected]
