Naruto Storm 4: New Update 1.08 Deployed

Developer CyberConnect2 has, today, deployed a new update to Naruto Storm 4 – Version 1.08. To the delight of fans, this brings back much requested featured from Naruto Storm Revolution – 8-player endless and tournaments spectator mode!

For those new to Endless Battles, starting today, up to 8-players will be able to join in on the action. The battles are 1 player vs 1 player, but 6 other players can watch the fight between the 2 players battling. Once the battle has been decided, the loser’s turn ends and one of the players watching, or spectating, can now fight. The order players joined the Endless lobby determines the order in which they play in. The person who keeps winning, gets to stay on playing until they lose.

Tournaments are still up-to 8-players, just like before the patch, but now players who lose will be able to spectate another players match. This includes the host of the tournament. Before the patch, players received a message that said something along the lines of “Other players are currently in battle” until the tournament was over.

Although we aren’t currently able to confirm at the moment, Anime Games Online fan (via Facebook) Saif Mohammad mentions the following changes have also been made to Storm 4 with Patch 1.08:

1. All characters with broken techniques like Madara, PTS Gaara, PTS Lee, PTS Naruto, EMS Sasuke, Tailed Beast Naruto, Nagato, Gaara, The Last Sasuke, Shino, and Pain ahve been nerfed.

2. The game is a bit slower and removes full combo support glitch, unlimited awakening glitch, and kunai glitch

3. The strike back feature does not happen if player counters.

4. All those who rage quit will receive a penalty while their opponent will receive points and a win
