FUNimation, the company behind the English dub of Dragon Ball Z, recently released a video of Christopher Sabat (the English voice actor for Vegeta/Piccolo) where he answers a few fan questions about his opinions in relation to Vegeta! The video is to promote the up-coming English dub theatrical release of Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection ‘F’ and although nothing new is revealed in regards to the movie, it is an interesting watch. He talks about what villains he’d like to see comeback one day, his favorite scene in the series, who would win in a rap battle, and inspirations from the Spanish dub and original Japanese dub of the series. Take a look at the video below!
Sabat talks about who would win a rap battle, Frieza and Vegeta, and of course Sabat says Vegeta. He references a song called “mama said knock you out” he sang in Vegeta’s voice at a convention almost a decade ago. Here is that song with and without background music.
This summer, revenge takes its final form with Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F! Two years after the events of Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, Frieza arrives on Earth with a new power to pay Goku back for the events that took place years ago. FUNimation Entertainment has announced the latest movie in the epic Dragon Ball series is making its way to North America in a limited theatrical event that takes place between August 4 to 12. Details on locations the movie will play in will be revealed at a later date.
