One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 is making its way to the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation Vita on March 26, 2015 in Japan. The game will be priced at 7800 yen (about $65 USD) for the PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 4 and 6800 yen (over $57 USD) for the PlayStation Vita. Bandai Namco Games has announced players who purchase first run copies of the game will receive DLC codes to obtain the fish costume Luffy wore in Dressrosa and the ability to unlock Sabo from the start of the game! They also reveal players will be able to relive the One Piece story from the beginning of the series to the latest Dressrosa arc. One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 will surpass the previous One Piece game in the amount of playable characters (Pirate Warriors 2 had 27) with the likes of Issho/Fujitora and Sabo joining the roster that boasts the nine Straw Hats, Jinbei, and Law as well.
One Piece: Pirate Warriors 3 will be playable at Japan’s Jump Festa event, which will take place later this week on December 20 and 21. Except a new trailer as well to surface within the next week or two online.
No word on a North American or European launch at this time, but seeing as how the previous two games made their way West, we fully expect at the very least an English sub version sometime in the future. We will of course keep you updated with the latest right here on Anime Games Online!
