Over 2 Million Copies Sold For One Piece 72 in 10 Days

The Japanese comic ranking is in for the week of November 4 to November 20, 2013. After 10 days on the Japanese market, One Piece volume 72 has eclipsed the 2 million mark, with 638,853 copies sold this past week – it’s first full week at retailers. The manga had actually sold over 1.5 million copies last week, in it’s first three days available at retailers. The more precise total estimate of issues sold since the manga volume’s release on November 1 is 2,178,858. Take a look at the top 10 volumes from November 4 to November 20 in Japan. One Piece leads the competition by a landslide!
