Dragon Bottle Complete Box from KFC (Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods)

Posted on March 3, 2013

Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) in Japan have taken their restaurants to the next level with Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods promotions. They began selling kids meals with packaging and goodies in early February and just last week on February 28, they began to include Dragon Bottles as part of meals!

What do these bottles look like? Anime Games Online fan Elizabeth Bonis Murayama had the opportunity to go to a Japanese KFC and pick up a Dragon Bottle Complete Box! She has kindly shared pictures of her fabulous collection, which you can see below. There are eight different Dragon Bottles, each with an image of a character from the movie. They are topped with a cap, which glows, that is represented by one of the seven Dragon Balls. There is also a bottle with a cap in the shape of Super Saiyan Goku’s hair! The first 200 people, per KFC restaurant, to purchase the Dragon Bottle Complete Box set also gets a KFC branded physical movie poster, similar to the one we’ve been seeing online for the past few months.

Elizabeth also shared with Anime Games Online a flier that KFC gives guests. There are two pages, one which shows some of the toys kids can get, while the other shows the Dragon Bottles and mentions guests who purchase meals with the Dragon Bottle or kids meals with Dragon Ball toys get a DBZ stamp. Those who collect seven stamps will be entered in a contest for a chance to win one of 777 sets comprised of a Dragon Radar and seven Dragon Ball key chains. The Dragon Radar buzzes when the Dragon Ball key chains are brought close.
