DBZ-Manga.jpg Viz Media, through the North American version of Weekly Shonen Jump, has announced the Dragon Ball Z manga will be published in color beginning next week on February 4, 2013! The digital magazine will start with chapter 195, which is the beginning of the Saiyan Saga and the Dragon Ball Z part of the Dragon Ball manga.

North America’s Dragon Ball Z colored manga will be the same as Japan’s version which was previewed last week by us on Anime Games Online through V-Jump. The difference is Japan will be getting separate physical releases, while North America will have it as a part of the digital Weekly Shonen Jump.

North America’s Weekly Shonen Jump officially launched on January 21, 2013. The digital magazine, which can be read by those in North America at shonenjump.viz.com/, has a simultaneous release with Japan’s iteration of Shonen Jump. In other words, when the latest chapters of Naruto, Bleach, and One Piece, (and others) are release in Japan, they are released in Viz Media’s Weekly Shonen Jump. A 12 month membership consisting of 48 digital issues can be purchased for $25.99.
