Naruto SD: Powerful Shippuden Reviewed 31/40

Oi, Gejigeji mayu (bushy brow), the first review of Naruto SD: Powerful Shippuden is out! Popular Japanese magazine Famitsu has given the game a 31 out of 40! That’s a 77.5%. How do Famitsu’s scores work? Well, four reviewers take the time to play the game and at the end of their adventure, each gives it a rating out of 10. For Naruto SD: Powerful Shippuden, three reviewers gave the game a score of 8/10, while one scored it 7/10 for a total of 31/40.

Is Naruto SD: Powerful Shippuden the best game out there? Well, for 3DS it is. The other Naruto 3DS game, which was released back on March 31, 2011 in Japan (and June 24, 2011 in Europe), recieved a 27/40 (67.5%), so going by the numbers it’s ten percentage points better! Naruto SD Powerful Shippuden is a side-scrolling action/adventure game for the Nintendo 3DS by Namco Bandai Games and Inti Creates. Confirmed playable characters include Rock Lee and Naruto. The game is set for release in Japan on November 29, 2012. A release for North America and Europe has not been announced.
