The first two weeks worth of estimated sales numbers for the PS3/360 fighter Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi are in for both North America and Europe!
North America (NA), Week One
The game sold an estimated 49,903 copies for PS3 and 63,933 for Xbox 360 in North America (NA). The total between both consoles was a very nice 113,836 copies sold
North America (NA), Week Two
In week two the sales estimates fell drastically as the PS3 version moved 18,763 copies and the 360 moved 23,973. In total for week two, 42,736 copies were sold, which was less than half of week one.
Europe (EUR), Week One
An estimated 8,584 copies were sold for the PlayStation 3 and 7,052 for the Xbox 360. The total estimated sales for both the PS3 and 360 versions of Ultimate Tenkaichi in its first week on the European market was a very small 15,636!
Europe (EUR), Week Two
Just like in North America, the numbers fell drastically for week two as only a total of 5,288 copies were sold – 2,671 for PS3 and 2,617 for 360.
In total, between North America and Europe, Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi has sold an estimated 177,496 copies in it’s first two weeks on the market. Below is a graphical summary of the numbers.
Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi (or Dragon Ball: Ultimate Blast in Japan), formerly known as Dragon Ball Game Project Age 2011, is a 3D fighting game developed by Spike. The game features beautiful 3D graphics, anime-style cutscenes, free roaming action, boss battles, pursuits, hidden missions, and character creation. Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi is now available in North America and Europe. The game is scheduled to be released December 8th in Japan for the Microsoft Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3.
