It looks like CyberConnect2 is bringing an updated, portable version of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2 to the PSP in the form of Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact. Why do we say that? Well, a brand new scan from Shonen Jump magazine confirms Killer Bee, Orochimaru, and the 4-tails as playable characters! And if you look at the scenes, they look similar to the ones in Storm 2. Of course, Storm 2 was a fighting game, with action/adventure and superior graphics, that went up to the battle with Pain. Ultimate Ninja Impact is an action/adventure game with fighting elements that goes all the way up to the 4th Great Ninja War. The graphics aren’t as nice in Impact as they were in Storm 2, but the content surely makes the game very desirable. And Storm 2 was for the PS3/360, Impact is for the PSP.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact is an action/fighter under development by CyberConnect 2 for the Sony PSP. It will feature over 20 playable characters, co-op play, boss battles, 1-on-1 fighting, and 1-vs-100 action. Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact is scheduled for release by publisher Namco Bandai Games in Japan, Europe, and North America later this year.
